Customer Data Administrator

Opis stanowiska

• Coordination of customer technical enquiries & contract compliance
• Management of customer documents control / check within the entire organization
• Support of ethical, environmental trading scheme system administration, like SEDEX & EcoVadis
• Coordination of different organization input and updates in database
• Support LCA (life cycle analyses) on customer request including result preparation and customer communication
• Internal database administration

Wymagania

• Several years of professional experience, preferably in customer relationship management
• Knowledge of web based systems / database administration affinity
• Quality Management, Commodity Science, Engineering or related field eductation
• Attention to details, time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good command of Excel and Word
• Fluent English
• Optional
• German language will be an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP system
