Project Engineer

Job description

Twój zakres obowiązków

• Implementing process optimization together with the production team,
• Deploying techniques and tools for production process optimization (including benchmarking between plants)
• Independently managing projects aimed at improving production efficiency and reducing losses,
• Leading investment projects, mainly related to the installation and relocation of machines and devices,
• Collaborating with external suppliers on the development and implementation of new technical solutions,
• Supervising process parameters,
• Managing process documentation, preparing documentation for tenders and requests for proposals,
• Preparing presentations and project status reviews for top management.

Requirements

Nasze wymagania

• Engineering degree (preferable mechanical engineering, automation engineering),
• 3 years miniumum experience in industrial project leading or complex process improvement,
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and the ability to implement them,
• Familiar with problem solving and creating solutions,
• Strong team player with drive to improve and leading projects,
• Fluent English (good command of German will be an asset),
• Open for business travels (up to 50% of time during first year).
